We aim to send your goods out next working day and we email you to let you know when your order has been dispatched. Please see your eBay item description for the shipping cost and method of delivery we will use for your order.
Wherever possible we combine shipping charges to provide a p&p of no more than £4.99 (within UK mainland).
Usually, small light items go out 1st class post (delivery between 1-3 days) and larger, heavier items by 24 hour courier which should arrive next day.
Items being delivered by 24 hour courier will need to be signed for. If there is no reply, the courier should leave a card with contact details to re-arrange delivery. If you have not received delivery within 24 hours of being notified of dispatch, please contact us.
If you live outside mainland UK or some areas of The Highlands, Scotland you may find delivery methods and charges are different. If in doubt, please ask (send us your postcode) and we will be happy to advise.
