Privacy Policy Square Kipper aims to operate in accordance with the
Data Protection Act 1998. We do not supply customer information to
third parties. We will only use your email address to contact you in
relation to an enquiry you have made, in the event that a problem
arises, for administrative purposes, or operational reasons relating to
our service. We may occasionally email you with details of new services
or offers.
You can check the information that we hold about you by
emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will correct them promptly
or delete you from our database. The personal information that we hold
will be held securely in accordance with our security policy and the
law.
Paypal does not store, process or transmit any cardholder data
on merchant premises, but relies entirely on third party service
providers to handle these functions. If you have a query regarding

Shipping Information
We aim to send your goods out next working day and we email you to let
you know when your order has been dispatched. Please see your eBay
item description for the shipping cost and method of delivery we will
use for your order.
Wherever possible we combine shipping charges to provide a p&p of no more than £4.99 (within UK mainland).
Usually, small light items go out 1st class post (delivery between 1-3
days) and larger, heavier items by 24 hour courier which should arrive
next day.
Items being delivered by 24 hour courier will need to be signed for.
If there is no reply, the courier should leave a card with contact
details to re-arrange delivery. If you have not received delivery
within 24 hours of being notified of dispatch, please contact us.
If you live outside mainland UK or some areas of The Highlands,
Scotland you may find delivery methods and charges are different. If
in doubt, please ask (send us your postcode) and we will be happy to
advise.
Return and Refund Policy
ITEM IS NO LONGER WANTED OR WAS ORDERED IN ERROR:
1) The item may be returned for exchange or full refund (including
delivery charges) providing it has not been opened. Items should be
returned within 14 days of delivery.
2) You should contact us for information on how to return the item.
3) Please ensure the item is returned securely wrapped and in a saleable condition.
4) We strongly recommend customers obtain proof of postage for goods being returned via Royal Mail.
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on items which do not arrive or arrive damaged.
5) Heavy or bulky items will be collected by courier. Please ensure
the item is securely wrapped and addressed for safe return. The
courier will issue you with a collection receipt.
6) Upon safe receipt of the goods and after the goods have been
inspected, if appropriate we will issue an exchange, or refund the
customer within 3 working days and a confirmation email will be issued.
ITEM IS DAMAGED, NOT AS DESCRIBED OR FAULTY
1) The item may be returned for exchange or full refund (including all delivery charges).
2) You should contact us for information on how to return the item.
3) Please ensure the item is returned securely wrapped and wherever
possible in its original packaging. Items which have been assembled
will need to be dismantled.
4) We strongly recommend customers obtain proof of postage for goods being returned via Royal Mail.
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on items which do not arrive safely.
5) Heavy or bulky items will be collected by courier. Please ensure
the item is securely wrapped and addressed for safe return. The
courier will issue you with a collection receipt.
