The Lincoln 10 Man tent is an extremely large and versatile ten person family camping tent. Ideal for the larger family this tent converts from Four Bedrooms to Two Bedrooms by unzipping the optional dividers down the centre of each set of two bedrooms - converting interior sleeping quarters into multiple accommodations. With a large communal living area, boasting a back and front entrance, sewn in groundsheets for a bug free camping experience, flourescent double guy ropes and many other features, this is truly a magnificent tent.
The tent, although large, is reasonably quick and easy to erect with two able bodied adults. A simple strong fibre glass pole and tunnel construction, adjustable tension straps, together with an excellent instruction manual makes this tent incredibly easy to assemble. And no messing about with pegging down groundsheets as this tent has it's groundsheet sewn in. Bedroom pods are easily hung from the tent's outer structure using the handy colour coded strap and buckle fixings.
The Lincoln 10 has an electrical cable entry point and cable tidy system which offers convenience and safety for campers who insist on some home comforts! The Tent has durable framework blending a black fibre glass construction with steel fixings.

Hydrostatic Head Explained |
| Rain resistance is measured as a hydrostatic head in millimetres (mm). This indicates the pressure of water needed to penetrate a fabric. Heavy or wind-driven rain has a higher pressure than light rain. Standing on a groundsheet increases the pressure on any water underneath. Fabric with a hydrostatic head rating of 1000 mm or less is best regarded as shower resistant, with 1500 mm being usually suitable for summer camping. Tents for year-round use generally have at least 2000 mm. |

Tent Capacity Explained |
| **Many tent manufacturers indicate capacity by such phrases as "3 berth" or "2 person". These numbers indicate how many people the manufacturer thinks can be fit snugly into a tent with just sleeping bags. These numbers do not allow for any personal belongings, such as luggage, inflatable mattresses, camp beds, cots, etc., nor do they allow for people who are of above average height. Checking the quoted sizes of sleeping areas reveals that several manufacturers consider that a width of 150 cm (5 feet) is enough for three people — snug is the operative word. Experience indicates that camping may be more comfortable if the actual number of occupants is one or even two less than the manufacturer's suggestion. |
